Hi, I’m Anya— a therapist with a passion for self-compassion, mindfulness, trauma healing, and IFS. My counselling services focus on discovering and nurturing a greater sense of inner wisdom, compassion, connection, and resilience that will guide you to meaningful and lasting change. 

I am passionate about working with people who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self esteem and self criticism, trauma, and unhelpful relationship patterns. 

I know from personal and professional experience that starting one’s healing journey is not easy and often takes immense courage and strength. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and non-shaming space for you to explore your deepest pains so you can turn them into your greatest gifts.

I’m Anya Stang, and I’m passionate about trauma-informed care. Specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I bring warmth, empathy, and a bit of humor to every session. My aim is to create a comfortable space for you to explore even the most difficult parts of your experience.

When I am not working with clients, you will likely find me out in nature- one of my most sacred and healing companions. I love to spend time in the mountains with my loved ones and my Bernedoodle, Lottie riding bikes or hiking.
