Hi, I’m Anya— a therapist with a passion for self-compassion, mindfulness, trauma healing, and IFS. My counselling services focus on discovering and nurturing a greater sense of inner wisdom, compassion, connection, and resilience that will guide you to meaningful and lasting change.
I am passionate about working with people who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self esteem and self criticism, trauma, and unhelpful relationship patterns.
I know from personal and professional experience that starting one’s healing journey is not easy and often takes immense courage and strength. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and non-shaming space for you to explore your deepest pains so you can turn them into your greatest gifts.
This is your space—a place where all parts of you are welcome. I believe real healing happens through connection—with yourself, others, and the world around you.
My mission is to help you grow into the healthiest, happiest version of yourself by offering personalized, trauma-informed therapy services that resonate with your unique needs.
After years of working as an independent therapist, I knew it was time to create a space that truly reflected my values. That’s how Connect Heal Grow Psychology came to be—a practice rooted in compassion, authenticity, and connection.
Here, therapy goes beyond just sessions; it’s about building meaningful connections that lead to lasting healing and growth.

Healing and growth are possible through connection.

To build a sustainable, client-focused practice specializing in trauma care and personal growth.

Connection, authenticity, client autonomy, compassion, collaboration, and respect.
Every session we have is guided by these values, ensuring that you feel safe and supported every step of the way.
I’m Anya Stang, and I’m passionate about trauma-informed care. Specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I bring warmth, empathy, and a bit of humor to every session. My aim is to create a comfortable space for you to explore even the most difficult parts of your experience.
When I am not working with clients, you will likely find me out in nature- one of my most sacred and healing companions. I love to spend time in the mountains with my loved ones and my Bernedoodle, Lottie riding bikes or hiking.
