






Individual counselling is a one-on-one therapeutic space where we focus entirely on your personal challenges and goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and work towards meaningful change.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes. If this does not feel like enough time, we can have a discussion about moving into longer sessions.
